  • Specific Equipment is rquired for iVillage Broadband.  These may have been supplied to youat the time of connectin.  If not, please contact us for assistance.
  • Your computer much have an Ethernet network card to connect to iVillage Broadband.
  • We will only provide customer support for equipment that is provided by us or listed as supported by us
  • Download speeds are restricted to 64kbps when you have exceeded your monthly data allowance
  • Data speeds are indicators only.  Actual speeds depend on distances, times, line quality, congestion and other factors
