At Living Networks we strive to offer the best customer service while ensuring we comply with relevant industry codes.  As such we are proud to participant in the Internet Industry Association's (IIA) 'Responsible Internet Business' program. Internet Service Providers (ISPs) who participate in this program have agreed to abide by the IIA Codes of Practice.  These codes have been registered with the Australian Media and Broadcasting Authority (ACMA) who monitor and report on compliance issues with the codes.

Content Codes of Practice

The Content Codes of Practice have been developed by the IIA in response to content regulation legislation enacted by the Australian Federal Government.  The Content Codes of Practice & Legislation aim to prevent people under the age of 18 accessing inappropriate content.  To read these codes visit www.iia.net.au
