iVillage Voice Services:

  • National calls to landlines are untimed, and charged per call
  • Mobile calls are billed in 1 second increments, A flagfall of 39 cents applies
  • 13/1300 calls are chrged at 25c per call
  • 1800 cals are free
  • Special calls such as directory assistance, time, 1900 and some other calls are not available
  • Call caps are calculated based on standard call costs plus flagfall up to the capped amount.  Standard call costs are appied thereafter.
  • iVillage Voice is provided in accordance with our service description
  • iVillage Voce operates over the internet using VoIP technology
  • Specific equipment is required for iVillage voice.  If these have not been provided to you please contact us for assistance
  • Free services features may be dependant on the hardware you are using
  • Other than making emergency calls, your iVillage Voice service will NOT opperate during a power outage
  • Calls usng an override service (such as 1414) are not supported through iVillage Voice.
  • Call costs are inlcusive of GST and GST rounding applies
  • Call times are determined where the call is initiated.
