If you feel that your complaint or issue has not been resolved to your satisfaction then you can contact the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO).  The TIO is a free independent moderator small business and residential customers of the Australian telecommunications industry. 

The TIO should be the last resort and must have attempted to resolve your complaint with Living Networks first.
